Speaking of unusual perspectives. This image was an outtake from a shoot for a commercial real estate company.

I was commissioned to shoot a project near Portland International Airport and we did various flybys near the busy airport. However, I thought, how often does one get a chance to get near an airport? Photographically speaking. So I asked the pilot how close could we go? He asked the tower and we were granted permission to do a direct flyover! So cool.

Needless to say, I shot the heck out of it as we passed over and this was one of the frames from that extracurricular activity. A great experience to witness an airport from this vantage point.
