Driving across LA from Redondo Beach to Burbank in never a picnic…unless it’s the middle of the night. On this day that was not the case. Running behind I hurriedly parked my car in the lot adjacent to my lab. I dashed inside, did what I came to do, jumped back in my car and was about to take off when I noticed this sign. I took my hand off the ignition key and looked…and looked. What’s extraordinary to me about this experience is that not only did I park ‘Head In’ as the sign requests, but I noted doing so when I arrived. What had changed? The condition my condition was in had changed. I was pleased at what I received from the printer and was filled with excitement about the reactions I knew would occur when I shared the sample. Note to self: remember this transformation and the effect it had on your way of seeing. Being Different = Seeing Different. I did not fiddle much in processing this image. As a fan of Grit, Patina and Texture, I merely added some Clarity and Contrast. Simple is as Simple does when I allow that to unfold.
