Trying to walk more these days, and taking my iPhone with me.  I found this “Fallen Fruit” on the ground two days ago, but felt like to today was the day to photograph it with the Canon. I liked the name fallen fruit and searched Wikipedia and found out a group of Artists started a project in the Silver Lake area close to my old home in Atwater, (L.A. Ca).  Their project was based on Leviticus 19:9-10. 10   “Do not go over your vineyard a second time or pick up the grapes that have fallen. Leave them for the poor and the foreigner. I am the Lord your God.”   This makes me feel better to know cuz as I was walking away from the tree I was wondering if I should ask permission even if it was on the ground. I now know the right to fallen fruit is Grandfather in, so to speak. Shot in sunlight by place the Pomegranate on an upside down green wood bowl, a little blue tacky putty to hold the fruit at the correct shadow angle.
