Celophaned and ready to go, these chicken feet are available at your local ethnic market. I’m not kidding.

I find the whole idea macabre, which is what prompted me to post this on Halloween. The image is a fitting, yet real testament to the horror holiday. Available in your refrigerated meat section, they can be found next to lamb’s ears and other questionable delicacies.

Sometimes our role as artists is to provoke a response, good, bad or ugly… its preferred over silence or indifference.
