It’s only fitting that I post something about LOVE on Valentine Day. I am sticking with the selfie theme and showing you a portrait I did with my son when he was a few days old. My two loves… my kid and my camera.! It is actually shot on film and shortly after he was born I invested in the digital world. I was constantly taking shots of him and blowing through roles of film. I was so over tired and tring to do so much that it was really frustrating to edit the film. Digital at that time made my life as a mom so much easier but in retrospect I do miss creating analogue. The instant gratification of Digital does not outweigh the constant investment in non creative apparatus to keep my images safe guarded. Well I hope everyone is snuggled up with those they Love today and I wish you a Happy V Day!
