Mini Prosciutto Balls

Pork Store   The thing that caught my eye about David’s photograph was the single subject surrounded by the chaos of color. Even though his photograph is a jumble of lines, shapes, colors and patterns, it is easy to identify the main subject. Like my image of this statue of a pig I found in Brooklyn during a trip there this last summer. When I saw this porcine I knew someday I would be able to play the piece. My main subject, the pig, is surrounded by signage with so many words the viewer just won’t bother to read them all, but if they read some they will realize everything is in reference to pork. There is so much chaos in the background of this image from the jars of “stuff” in the window to reflections in the glass, mixed with a large variety of color and shapes, once again the viewer will be very willing to just disregard it as background and stay on the subject, the pig. That will assist the viewer to examine this character and realize his eyes are rather scary. Just out of frame a viewer could imagine this evil pig is holding a very large sharp knife and will attack given the slightest provocation. Don’t call him a fat, at least not to his face.

Are any other parts of the prosciutto edible?
