  There are thousands of “I hope I make it” … mostly young kids. Just like in New York City, wannabe actors, writers, directors, and producers come here from every state and foreign countries. Hollywood has its seamy side. The kids run out of money, end up working or begging on the streets and other dubious “jobs.” There are the lucky ones who land a few roles and may actually go on to bigger roles. It takes stamina and the ability to accept rejection. Otherwise, you will cave-in pretty quickly. When I saw the fog partially hiding the Hollywood sign, I thought this is a perfect symbolic photo that is hard to find. Sleep well, or was it just a dream? No special effects used.
