Three feminine models with attitude – noses held high. I was captivated by their surreal aloofness, so haughty in their attitude looking down on us mere mortals. Someone should tell them they are made of styrofoam and to get over themselves. Styrofoam, mostly made of air, would make them true “airheads”. My image could be said to be tempting Robert’s image – “Three Italian Guys” – and in that regard, it continues the conversation pointing both forward and backwards in more ways than one. These 3 couples would make for an interesting date, three Italian stiffs and three disinterested temptresses… what else is new. I darkened this photograph considerably from the original, I liked the mood of this version and the dramatic contrast developed between our images.
